Documentation for Cabarrus County

I need to file motion to extend time for response to modify. Where do I go to get correct documents? NCCOURTS.ORG doesn’t have documents I need. HELP

There is no pre-printed form for a motion for extension of time. You will need to draft one yourself. The motion will need to state the document that you need to respond to, the reason you need additional time (typically this is because you’ve not had the time to gather the information necessary to respond, or a similar reason), that you are not filing the motion to extend time to delay the proceedings, and that the time allotted for you to respond has not yet expired.

Be sure to draft an order to extend time that you will submit with the motion. The order will state the document that you are to respond to and the date the response is due.
