any way… if one car is value 2003 honda at $9000 based on edmunds .com and the other 97 nissan van. $2500 dependent spouse where is the ed makeup on this??
FWIW, my car is worth more than his so I’m giving him some of my 401k to make up the diff.
It can be a cash payout of half the difference, or one spouse can take on more debt, or take less of other liquid assets.
