I filed for child support Nov 2 at the local Child support Enforcement here in Charlotte. It has been taking a lot longer than i wish. In the mean time i have to kids that i have not recieve any support in 4 years because my child custody case and support case is still in court. The judge has not granted my any child support. My rent is behind because I’m now taking care of two kids instead of one. My grocery bills has double . The father lives free no expensive at all. What can i do about emergency child support. Or is there such a thing called emergency child support. i called CSE and they have never heard of it
There is no claim for emergency child support. You will need to set the case for hearing on temporary support if you have filed a claim for the same. You may want to check with your local government agencies to obtain some assistance in the meantime.
