What type of proposals?
I’m sorry, I just noticed that I didn’t state what type. We had our day in court where we listed all marital items. I put a price to each item (cars, home, 401K,personal property), asked for alimony, and then he put a price to everything. All of this was submitted to the judge who will then decide what the value of the possesions are since my price and his were greatly different. The judge wants a proposal submitted by both parties as to what we are wanting and from that, the judge will give his decision.
I am needing to know where to get more information on what this would look like or see some samples. Is there a specific form to use for this? Please someone please point me in the right direction. I have already filed the wrong form before.
I have a copy of the form I think you are talking about…I had to do the same thing.
is there any way I could take a look at it? maybe you could email it to me or something. Did you do yours by yourself or have an attorney?
My email is hg463@live.com
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
There is no specific form for this. Most attorneys use a spreadsheet. The first column lists the asset. Then here is a column for the value on the date of separation, the present value, and a column for Husband and Wife. You would place the value of the asset in the column of the person you wish to distribute that asset to.

Maybe I didn’t explain it right…We had our court date w/ the EQ Distribution form filled out. My first attorney took care of this a yr ago. All the items were listed w/ the values at date of seperation. Our court date for this was 2 wks ago. The judge will take MY values and HIS values and come up w/ a value he seems fair. However the JUDGE wants a PROPOSAL submitted now from both parties as to what we want. Is this proposal done in a spreadsheet form too?
cinnwall,
I got the form from an attorney…it sounds exactly like what you’re looking for.
cinn…I think you’re referring to a Schedule G…I’ll send it to u.
I need to know where I can find some samples of possible “proposals” to submit to the judge. We had our court date on this and I am pro se. The judge wants proposals submitted from both sides and I need to know what this would look like.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
