Eviction

By this I assume that you mean you want to separate and she is unwilling to leave? Or you have left the home but would like to move back?

You could file for Divorce from Bed & Board if the home was not deeded to the marriage. I suggest consulting an attorney. Divorce from Bed & Board is time consuming and normally only a formality since one party has usually already left the home.
A separation agreement could be written up to state a specific time frame that she has to leave the property, if you have already separated, and stating that the home will remain your property alone.

How can I force her to leave?
