Ex failed to attend parenting class

I’ll answer my own question.

They give them a deadline. If they still don’t do it before the deadline, they are held in contempt.

My apologies Vendico, I did not know what “RULE 7 VIOLATION” was…I was sort of waiting on an attorney to respond to this one too.
Did she have a deadline before this court date or the deadline was given at this court date?

Yes, you get a letter in the mail telling you what date to complete it by. If you don’t, then you go before a judge and he/she scolds you and gives you another date.

If your spouse fails to attend a parenting class usually the court will give them a specific amount of time to complete the class, in Wake County they are sent to jail. That process may vary by county.

She has court today (RULE 7 VIOLATION). What can she expect?
