My soon to be ex husband is blackmailing me to get me to an earlier separation date, September 1st, 2012. We separated November 4, 2012. He wants this over with as soon as possible. He is also suicidal. He is living with his parents and they are blaming me.
Is there anything stopping from us from divorcing now?

If you are not separated for at least one year and that fact is brought to light in the future, then your divorce could be found to be invalid and you might suddenly find yourself still married. You’re so close. Wait the extra ~1.5 months!
There’s nothing that will stop you from lying to the court, but the judgment could be overturned, and if you lie to the court about your separation date, you are committing the crime of perjury.
