No, the child support calculation is based on your income, insurance costs, work-related child care costs and your ex-wife
Hello,
Searched this site for a while and couldn’t find an answer, so here I am posting hoping for a response.
I am divorced and have joint legal custody of our three children. We share custody 50/50. She is engaged to remarry. She has not been employed or had any income other than child support from myself over the last 3 years. Her fiance is also divorced and shares custody of his ex’s daughter (1), 50/50. (I am not sure if he pays his ex support).
Once they are married, will the child support I pay be recalculated to include his income?
Thank you
