My husband and I are separated but live in the same house, since I work a part time job he thinks I need to do all household chores to make up for not helping with all the bills. This was never an issue before. Is this fair now?
You are not separated so long as you live under the same roof. The law does not interfere with intact marriages, which yours is considered since you live under the same roof.
