False Documents

If the Order that was submitted was based on a hearing and the Order was incorrect you can do a motion to set aside the order. I am not sure what type of order you are speaking about and that makes it difficult for me to adequately answer that question.

The attorney for my ex submitted documents through the courts with with false information. What can I do about it? It gave a false address for my ex, it gave a false amount recieved that I’m recieving from my ex. I was not in court to distribute because I submitted a Motion to dismiss the case but the courts say they never received the Motion. Now I have to file a motion to set a side.
