False separation date

#1

Can one attack the validity of a separation agreement if the parties didn’t actually separate for a year (it was back in 1999?) Also, the separation agreement was filed with the court as part of the final divorce decree, is there any liability for perjury charges?

Both parties are now remarried to others, how does this affect the new marriages?

The divorce can be held invalid if the parties were not separated for a year prior to filing.

I believe I have already addressed this issue in one of your previous posts.
