If one party violates an order by paying in cash instead of a check, a court will not generally intervene.

Adultery is a misdemeanor which means it is a low level criminal offense.

Is adultery a felony in NC? Also, where can I find the written law concerning this subject? Also, is it a felony to be ordered to make a payment, such as child support or a debt, to be paid in a certain manner? Can a person be ordered not to pay a debt in cash, but ordered to pay by check?
