I am filing a complaint in Durham county ,Breach of contract. As you told me to do ,and then try to mediate as per contract When I file I am filing a complaint, a cover sheet for general civil action, a domestic civil action cover sheet, and the complaint and verification that has been notarized. I am also reading that I need to ask upfront for what money damages I am requesting with the initial filing of the complaint ,or I lose my right to ask and receive so 1. am I just filing the above mentioned items ,and then I will at a later date attach the agreement in breach and all my evidence, etc or do I file everything now with initial complaint? Thank you
