STBX and I were married almost 10 yrs. I moved out June 09. He refused to let ous son go with me, I had our two daughters. Can I claim all 3 children?
No, you may only claim the children who actually live with you.
My son was with me until June 09. I was able to get him back Jan 10 when STBX was arrested.
Since it appears that he was with you for the majority of the year you may claim him.
