My husband filed for divorce in N.C. and I live in Texas. He filed over 1 year ago. I have been unable to get in contact with him and have requested the judge dismiss the filing to allow me to file here in Texas. It’s been almost 60 days since I filed for the dismissal. What should/can I do?
