Our divorce was filed in courts then in 2006 we filed the final parenting agreement. My question is the parenting agreement states that during my custody time if I take the child out of state I have to notify the Ex along with a phone #. My ex is stating that the Divorce papers read different that the parenting agreement therefore she is trying to stop me from taking my daughter out of state for Thanksgiving. She is threating to file charges against me if I do. Which document is the final say for my daughter?
