Gaurdian ship

The UCCJEA is a law that determines the jurisdiction of child custody actions, it is also the law in North Carolina. If your daughter has not lived with her father for six months North Carolina still technically has jurisdiction. If you are in agreement with all the terms, there is no reason you could not enter a consent order here allowing her to stay in Ohio. Once she has been in Ohio for six months, then jurisdiction can be transferred there.

Thanks for responding but where will i go to get this i have called so many different departments in Mecklenbug county court house and all of them are saying we dont handle this and passes me on to the next department.

There is no specific form for this issue. You will need to file a complaint and then enter a consent order. You may need an attorney to assist you with this.
