In their custody arrangment they have a first right of refusal clause in there, and if we get married does that give me the same rights as the mother, meaning if we are married does she still have to go to her moms after the 4 hour time frame if her father cannot watch her?
If the right of first refusal does not explicitly extend to spouses, then it does not automatically extend to you.
