Are gifts to minor or adult children considered marital or separate in regards to ED? What about gifts to the spouse?
Does anyone know the answer to this question? Are gifts to spouse or children considered marital or separate??
Gifts to children are the property of the children. Gifts to married person are separate property as long as the intent was for the gift to only go to one of the spouses.
