Are gifts during marriage considerd in ED?

Are gifts (such as jewelry, art, antques &c) during marriage considered in ED, at least to the extent that they are assets of value to be weighed against my assets or debt, or are they not considered by their nature? If they are considered in ED, how do I get a valuation if spouse won’t do it voluntarily (items are
in safe deposit of spouse’s)?

Yes, gifts between spouses are martial property. An appraisal can be ordered if necessary.
