My husband and i are going to separate in the near future. He’s 66 and covered by Medicare and also has a supplementary policy thru his son’s business. I have the same coverage thru the son’s business. No Medicare as I’m 62. The son is going onto an individual health care plan and so my husband is going to get his own policy and has been threatening to not cover me.
What are his responsibilites until we have a separation agreement? He’s the supporting spouse.
