We do not have a basic outline for an Answer to a divorce complaint. You need to admit or deny the allegations made against you. Make sure you include the case caption (the part that states your name, file number etc) at the top of your answer.

Help! I have just received a civil summons for divorce. I need to respond back and am looking for a template or copy of what a proper response would look like. We have already signed the separation contract, divided the properties, no children. Can any one provide me a basic outline for a proper response?

Thank You for your time
