Husband divorced me during reconciling, financially cut me off, ignoring me disabled

My husband obtained a divorce during reconciling. I found out 10 months after. He had me again kicked out with those papers. Im disabled he cut me off financially years ago. I now suffer ptsd from all of this, homeless. And he’s ignoring me.now in virgina with girlfriend who contacted me ( after Hurricane) and told me seeing him before separation. He made me live in cabin hr away. No electric, water. 104 days, through hurricane Helene. Started coming having relations. But would not let me go home to even bathe. I have ALL DOCUMENTATION. But spent 30,000 on lawyer previously. Now ptsd, anxiety, meds. And can not get help from anyone! Without lawyer fees! What about intentional infliction of emotional distress? Personal injury. And alienation of affection? Im desperate and frozen.

You may have a claim for alienation of affection against the other woman assuming no jurisdictional issues. The statute of limitations for an alienation of affection lawsuit is 3 years from the last alienating act.
