I'll try another question

Did you sign an order agreeing to share extracurricular activities? If you did not I need more facts as the court does not have authority to order the parties to share extracurricular activities.

I was ordered to pay my ex 2226.00 over a period of a year for 50% of my son’s “extracurricular activities” of which I had nothing to do with when my income is less than 1/4 of his. My ex owed me over 1000.00 which he does not have to pay me. My ex has now signed my son up for a tour of Europe this summer which takes away 2 weeks of my time without my permission and the cost is 7,000. I have stopped paying my ex the 200.00 per month (I paid him 1000.00) but cannot pay these kinds of things he is doing in addition to taking my custodial time on approximately 1/4 of the income. What does the judge expect me to do? He ordered that I pay 50%, but is allowing my ex to spend my money in addition to taking my custodial time when I simply cannot afford these kinds of things! I wish I could. I guess I’ll just be put in jail! I guess my legal question is this. How long will I have to spend in jail for not paying this stuff? Thanks.
