Ms.Nevicosi:

I signed no order agreeing to share extracurricular activities 50%. The judge in my case ordered it. My ex signed my child up for many activities without my agreement and I was subsequently ordered to pay it. In other words, the ex had free reign to spend my money. And he did. As I stated, the ex does NOT have to reimburse me for my expenses, but I have to reimburse him. I think I read somewhere where a judge can set these kinds of expenses as he “deems appropriate” but I hope I am wrong. Anyway, I have quit paying the ex who has substantially more income than I do because the ex owes me over 1000.00 that the judge ignored. I honestly think I’d rather go to jail than pay these things. My own children have seen the orders in my case and their response was “Dang, Mom.” I received as little as possible and no one, no one understands this. I have NO answers!
