Thanks for the reply. Is there any specific wordage that I should use to refer to the separation agreement to have it incorporated into the final decree? Also, will I need 3 copies of this as well as the Judgement when I go to court?
Yes you should attach one copy of the Separation Agreement to each copy of the judgment. You should include language in the judgment that says, “The parties hereby incorporate by reference their separation agreement attached on ****date which is attached herein as exhibit 1.”
