If you are incorporating a seperation agreement into the divorce, does that language need to be included in the Judgment as well as the Complaint? I have the wording in the complaint and a copy of the Separation Agreement attached and the wording of the agreement allow it to be incorporated into the Divorce. I need to know whether the clause incorporating the agreement needs to also be included in the actual Judgment.
