I am a dependant spouse and left. It’s been almost 10 months. 3 times continued. I’m now pro se. I filed an ex parte motion for temporary support so I would not have to sell marital items I had and go on welfare. The judge denied and I did have to do all those things. I’m reading about interim distribution. Should I try that next? My spouse is now living in our million dollar home with other people and has an attorney that has deposed me for 6 hours and now wants me to go to mediation without an attorney. If I ask for a piece of property worth $60,000 to sell to live off of and pay an attorney…would a judge grant it to me? Is it in my favor or not worth my time.
