Is rental income considered marital

My husband owned a house that he purchased and paid it off before we got married. We have never lived in that house. The house was rented all the time during our marriage.
Is the rental income is considered mixed income?
Should the rental income be considered and edit to his income for child support calculation.

Thank you

The house is your husband’s separate property so any rental income derived from it is his separate property.

However, for child support purposes, the same rental income must be included in your husband’s monthly gross income.
