Legal question about 14 year old child?

I think it would be a mistake for you to allow this to take place and I would not be suprised if a judge seriously considered a change in custody based on the concern about leaving the child unsupervised. Sorry.

My 14 year old daughter likes to go to a lake resort where we own a camper. We only go on weekends (Fri night until Sun morning) and I can’t always stay up there with her. The lake has security gaurds all around, and my sister and her husband have a camper a few spots down from ours. Legally can my daughter stay by herself occasionally for Friday and Saturday night? My ex has said he will go to court and get an order so that she isn’t allowed to be there by herself, can he do this?
