Lying on Marriage

hi

i would like to know if a person has a right to sue a married couple for lying about their marriage ) a relationship was in place with a married man and was never told of the marriage and their spouse knew of the relationship and didn’t say anything about it and now he is going crazy that his husband is in such relationship now mind you this relationship was in play for months and after several months he informed of such marriage i did ask him why he lied and he told me he did not want to lose me.

he did move in with me without me knowing the situation and now i am going through a stressful moments.

what can i do?
Help please!

There is no claim you could sue the married couple for however, no knowledge of the marriage would be a defense for you to assert if the other spouse sued you for alienation of affection.
