Marital assets--cars

I cannot answer this question without reviewing the finances. You may owe money towards these payments if the marital estate was divided unevenly or if you owe her support.

My wife and I are separated and have pretty much “ironed out” all except cars and payments, etc. Her car, which we bought while still together, is in her name and she gets all of the benefit from it. (She is living in New Bern and me in Raleigh) She insists I owe her money each month for the payments. We also have a truck (paid off) in my name that I get full benefit from. Do I owe her money, and if so, shouldn’t she also help me pay for a $3000 engine replacement I had done on my truck? Thanks
