Mediation without discovery?

Must I participate in mediation if stbx has not released full disovery, and is 4 months in contempt?

There are other circumstances involved also.
No cell phone records have been received…
no discovery
a couple (at least) of fraud instances…

I do not HAVE to do mediation without these evidences do I?

If the court has ordered that you attend mediation, you must, however you can postpone the same pending your receipt of discovery.
