My ex and I agreed to a modification of custody consent order in July. If I want to modify custody again, how long do I have to wait to file another motion?
There is no time limit between modifications of custody orders, but you must be able to prove that a substantial change in circumstances affecting the wellbeing of the minor children has occurred since the entry of the current order.
