Preparing to go to court to modify CS, Ex was working FT and PT jobs, she just quit PT job this week.
Can her combined income from both jobs from February be used to determine her monthly income for calculating support?
I’m sure the hearing can be set before the end of March.
The child support should be based on the actual incomes of both parties at the time of the modification. If your ex is found to have intentionally depressed her income in anticipation of the modification the extra income she should be receiving can be imputed to her.
