My husband has a truck his parents gave to him. I owe about on my car as what it is worth, so really have no value in it. I know the truck is his, not marital property but will a judge still consider it at all when doing equitable distribution?

Separate property can be considered in equitable distribution is so far as the court will see that your husband has a vehicle and that you should be entitled to the one vehicle which is part of the martial estate. The value of his truck however will not be accounted for.
