The father of my child and I had court agreements specifying that he would take our daughter to his home every other week. He is not allowed to use my house as a childcare location. He agreed to all the terms, yet less than 24 hours later, he sent an email requesting financial support. This is the email he sent to PC. What should I do?
The PC cannot rule on financial issues.
If he wants financial support from you, he will have to file the appropriate claims or motions in court. You may have defenses if the other parent is not exercising his court ordered custodial time.
