The ones I found were all for a fee.
If you found one in a book, then you could just type it out in Word and insert the information that pertains to you. Might take a while, but mine was in Word format. My lawyer did it.
You can google it, copy and paste, and then edit it. Hope this helps.
Does anyone know where I can find a NC Separation Agreement form to download (for free, if possible)? I found one in a book that is perfect because it had fill in the blanks, but I need one I can edit. The sample one on this site is not quite what I need.
