Well, you need to imput those payments in the calculator. There is a slot for daycare expenses and I believe, a slot for ‘other expenses’ that would include tuition for private schools and such. Also include if you pay medical insurance and what that amount it. You should get ‘credited’ if you are the one paying for these expenses.
i input it both with and without and i get the same number.
you may not be putting it in the right spaces. Any money spent for the direct care of the child is calculated, tutoring would probably go under extraordinary expenses.
I find I like the state calculator layout better. www.ncchildsupport.com
If the child support payment did not change after you included an expense for daycare, then it is likely you did not fill out the form correctly. Make sure you are putting the day care payments in the section of the form specifically for day care. Tuition expenses are generally not included in the child support calculation.

I’m slightly confused on the child support calculator works.
If I am paying for tution and day care, I still have to dish out extra on top of what I am currently paying?
I am currently paying $1000 a month for day care and tuition. If I don’t count that in the calculation, it still says I have to pay out the same amount! is that number on top of the already $1000 I’m paying?
