No overnight guests provision

My spouse recently moved out and filed for Custody, ED, etc. There settlement offer included a “no overnight guest” provision. The spouse left because “they were not in love and wanted to meet someone else and start their life over”. I’m not going to agree to the provision as part of a settlement. Would a judge typically force this provision on someone in my shoes?

It is in the discretion of the judge. Some will order it, and other will not. That said, it generally isn’t the best idea to have overnight guests close in time to a separation.
