Normally orders are not “stayed” in domestic court, but it means nothing further will happen pending some other event.
Further Proceedings being vacated means that nothing further will happen in that casefile number.

If a temporary order was initially issued. But Judge orders that all orders are stayed? What does it mean?
If I submit a volunatry dismissal of compalint, and court updates case states that case was dimissed and case closed what does it mean?
