[?]Recently I went to court for a matter of my spouse seekinking post alimony and alimony. We do not own real estate or properties. I am receiving less than a thousand dollars a month for pension and a little more for disability. I am working part time because I am a single parent who also attend school. I have been left paying all the bills. My spouse has a job and is not paying any bill we made in our marriage or any child support. We are separated there is no agreement of any kind. My spouse worked part time in the past. I at present am doing my very best to taking care of the bills and be a single parent and go to school. My spouse has two attorneies. I am sorry for making the situation sound bad but at time I really feel that way can you point me in the right direction? I keep hearing standard of living?
