In 2009 i had an affair and my wife filed for Divorce. At that time my attorney said she could use the affair against me in any court proceedings. Instead of going through with the divorce we reconciled but recently she has decided to move forward with a separation. I am wondering if she can hold my previous affair against me if we go to court. Anyone have insight to this? There was no affair this time.
If the court finds that you reconciled, she cannot use the affair three years ago against you.
