  1. I filed a motion to modify custody, visitation and support. I received an answer and counter motion today. Do I need to file an answer to that or simply wait for the hearing?

  2. Is there case law that supports the addition of new siblings supports a modification of custody and visitation to allow for children to bond and develop a sibling relationship?
