Fire him/her and get another! If he doesn’t have time to address your concerns, he isn’t working for you! Only for himself. Take it from someone who knows and who got taken to the cleaners by an unresponsive, do nothing attorney! He was just billing hours and robbing me blind! When you think about it, you don’t need an attorney anyway! However, to get anything at all in Court, they are a necessary evil! Not all are bad, but if you have any financial ability, they will take you for a ride and drag it out as long as possible!
If you are concerned with the attention you are getting from your attorney, then I would advise you to meet with another attorney and get a second opinion.
