We are just starting the legal separation process and we’ve been able to come to an agreement and have signed a separation agreement and a quitclaim deed to the house. We’ve agreed on everything and there are no issues as far as custody, child support and division of assets. The only thing left to divide is 401Ks and pensions and not sure where to start.
