I received the “Defendant’s Answer to Divorce Complaint and Waiver” and the Defendant’s Acceptance of Service of Process and General Appearance" forms today from spouse. These documents have been signed and notarized in a foreign country. The Notary signed and stamped with an embossing seal. Do you see any problems with this? Will this be okay with the Judge? I don’t have a registered mail receipt, just these two documents. Am I ready to start the next step?
You fill in the motion cover sheet- not sure what you are asking on the other one but you can set the matter for hearing after filing your AOS and answer. You will need a hearing date for the divorce.
