1.If I come to a separation agreement with my spouse and I end up paying child support and/or alimony what legal effect would it have if I ended up cohabitating. 2. What legal effect would it have if my spouse ended up cohabitating, 3rd If I thought my spouse was having an affair what would the legal implications be if I hired a private detective? Thank you

Your cohabitation should have no impact on what you are paying in child or spousal support. If written to include cohabitation as an ending event, the cohabitation of the spouse receiving alimony should end your obligation for spousal support. If you are able to catch your spouse cheating, that would be a complete bar to alimony.
