I’m not sure what you mean by record it…? I believe that in order for it to be legal and binding it must be signed in the presence of a notary and the notary seal must be on it…
No need to file or record it anywhere. You should have a copy and your spouse should have a copy. As stepmother says must be signed by both parties and notarized. A divorce decree is recorded with the county I think.
If the agreement requires or permits that it be recorded it would be done at the register of deeds in the county in which you live.
