Just curious if I can expect the Judge(s) on my ED case to review letters I send to them for my case file and take them into consideration if I am unable to appear for a pre-trial hearing that’s sole purpose is to schedule mediation?

I live out of state.

It is likely they will not review the letters. It is important you attend all hearings in your case. If you aren’t presents, important decisions may be made without your input.
